Adult Foster Home Program

All of our Adult Foster Homes are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

 

Activities offered:

v     Group outings                     

v     Cooking

v     Medication Management

v     Board Games

v     Personal Computer Skills

v     Residents are eligible for day services and programs offered at the RMHC Bell Building

 

Cost for care in the Adult Foster Care Program is based upon individual income of resident.

The foster care program serves adults with serious and persistent mental illness.  Residents live in a home setting with 24-hour staff.  Services provided include meals and snacks daily, activities and outings, medication administration, transportation to medical appointments.  LPN on staff.
